2017 Money Smart Week NC Kick Off at the FRBR, Charlotte.

Charlotte, NC, April 18 – Money Smart Week NC is officially underway, the 2017 State Championship of the Personal Finance Challenge marked the beginning of state wide efforts that bring awareness to the gap and need for financial education for all North Carolina citizens, especially young adults. The event took place at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Charlotte Branch, Dr. Matthew Martin, senior vice president and regional executive, was the keynote speaker that addressed more than 40 Money Smart Week NC partner organizations, educators, students, and the North Carolina Council on Economic Education.
